Privacy Policy

The short version: your tests happen on your own device, and we don't collect what they measure.

What happens during a test

Every test on this site runs inside your web browser. When a test uses your microphone, camera, motion sensors, controller, keyboard, mouse or screen, that information is processed on your device and shown back to you. It is not uploaded, recorded or stored by us.

What is saved on your device

A few tools remember small settings in your browser's local storage, so they're still there next time. This data never leaves your device:

You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. We don't use cookies.

What our web server sees

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives basic technical information whenever a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Hosting providers typically keep this in short-term logs for security and to keep the site running. We don't use it to identify you.

The connection test also requests a tiny image from this site once a second while it runs, to time the reply. Those requests carry no personal information beyond the technical details above.

What we don't do

Children

The site doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
